Keystone Elk Country Alliance donation supports local cancer patients

ELK COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- The Keystone Elk Country Alliance (KECA) has donated $3,057.60 to The 3 Breastketeers. The Elk Country nonprofit raises breast cancer awareness and helps local cancer patients with transportation costs during treatment.
