Firefighters in New Jersey were busy early Monday as flames tore through a 7-11 in Pensauken.
At about 11 a.m. on Monday, NBC10’s SkyForce 10 caught images of fire crews working to put water on the roof of a 7-11 located along the 6000 block of Westfield Avenue, in Pennsauken, New Jersey, as smoke poured from the structure, filling the air above the convenience store.
Inside the store, seen through the front windows of the business, flames curled and moved through the structure.
Contacted early Monday, officials did not immediately say if anyone was injured in this incident, nor did they say if the building was occupied when the fire began or what may have started this fire.
But, as of about 11:30 a.m., crews were still working at the scene to put water on the structure.
And, an investigation into the cause of the incident was ongoing.
NBC10 is working to learn more.
